Each tree can produce around 1kg of berries, which are harvested between June and November of each year. In a small pot, combine the oats, cinnamon, goji berries, water & salt. Cover and soak overnight (or for 8 to 12 hours). In the morning, bring the oat mixture to boil over high heat. Stir, cover, reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring once or twice.
